No Growth In Comfort, LLC

NGIC

No Growth in Comfort (NGIC) provides individualized transition and independent living support services for neurodiverse young adults, including individuals on the Autism Spectrum, as they prepare for adulthood. Our services are designed to support functional independence, vocational readiness, and community participation in alignment with Regional Center outcomes and school district transition planning.

Using a person-centered, strengths-based approach, NGIC delivers hands-on instruction and real-world practice in areas such as daily living skills, employment readiness, executive functioning, self-advocacy, and social-emotional regulation. Instruction takes place in authentic community and work-based settings, allowing individuals to build competence, responsibility, and confidence with appropriate supports in place.

Services are individualized based on each participant’s needs, goals, and support level, and are designed to complement IEP transition plans, adult service programs, and family-identified priorities. NGIC is committed to promoting meaningful skill development that supports long-term independence and quality of life.
